"Hello, The purpose of this e-mail is to thank you for the excellent service you provided in all aspects of transporting our son to the Diamond Ranch Academy. We could not have had two better Transport agents than Primary Guide Richie Andersen and secondary Guide Devan Stapley. My plan was to be outside waiting for them at the estimated time of pick-up, 4:00 AM. I was happy to see that they were waiting for me to come out. We exchanged quiet talk in the car relative to my son and what our part should be. They helped in telling us what we could say to him and to be sure to tell him that we loved him. We had told them that our son had frequent nose bleeds when he woke up and they were prepared with a box of tissues. After the few minute talk I couldn't have been more confident that my son was in good hands and he would be as comfortable as possible during the transport. They followed through with a couple requests I wanted to take place before my son left the house. They were very quiet/calm with my son and they had him ready to leave and were on their way within ten minutes. They kept in contact with us upon arrival to the house, when they cleared through the Reno airport, and when they were leaving the Las Vegas airport, and again when they dropped my son off at Diamond Ranch Academy. Richie and Devan provided excellent service for my son and my family when we were in such emotional circumstances. Thank You, "
